Child Safety Standards Policy

Last updated: October 2025

1. Our Standards

Mirami prioritizes the safety and well-being of all individuals using the platform. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child exploitation or endangerment. Mirami strictly prohibits any child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Mirami platform.

Our services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above, in full accordance with our Terms of Service.

This document outlines our ongoing commitment to protecting minors, preventing harmful content, and ensuring full compliance with international child safety and online protection regulations.

2. Age Restrictions

Anyone under the age of 18 (hereafter referred to as a “minor”) is not permitted to create an account or access Mirami’s services.

We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover that such data has been shared with us, we will delete it immediately and take further steps to prevent reoccurrence.

3. Our Commitments

We follow all applicable child protection laws and reporting obligations in every jurisdiction where we operate.

If we become aware of any case involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or child grooming, we act without delay – removing the material, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement and child protection agencies if required by applicable laws.

Any breach of this policy results in immediate and permanent action against the involved accounts.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Mirami enforces zero tolerance toward any content or activity involving minors that could be harmful, exploitative, or sexual in nature.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate behavior toward minors: Any sexual or suggestive gestures, messages, or interactions directed at a child, including attempts to touch, caress, or make the child uncomfortable.
  • Child grooming: Building trust or emotional connections with a minor online to enable sexual contact, explicit communication, or the exchange of sexual images.
  • Sexualization of minors: Creating, promoting, or distributing any material that depicts children in a sexualized manner or normalizes sexual interest in minors.
  • Sextortion: Coercing or threatening minors to obtain sexual material or favors, including through blackmail or the exposure of private images.
  • Child trafficking, exploitation, and abuse: Any act of advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of minors, as well as coercing or involving them in harmful, abusive, or degrading activities. This includes any live streams, videos, or other content depicting child suffering, humiliation, or mistreatment.

All attempts to create, share, or distribute such content, or engage in such activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.
